What exactly is the difference between standard and magic memory stick for PSP
January 30th, 2009 by admin
I ask because I’m planning on ordering Pandoras Battery online and they have kits with teh memory stick included for a steeper price.
I currently have a 4 gig stick in my PSP but I haven’t upgraded to a magic one yet. If I can use a magic memory stick as a regular one once the firmware has been downgraded I will just purchase the battery itself and use my 4gig but if not than I will buy the full kit. Help plz?

If you already have the firmware and know how to make a magic stick then you dont need the kits BUT if you dont know then buying a kit is the easiest option. I bought mine at

i recommend buying the full kit and only using the kit to mod a psp.. like that you dont have to keep switching memory cards and will be able to use the kit separately

dont use ur 4gig as a mgice memory stick because once u convert it into a magic memeory stick u cannot use it for anything else except pandoras battery unless u format the memeory stick
