There isn’t any actual ingredient, there’s a time limit on the bottom of the screen, and they have a certain amount of days until they “grow up”. There isn’t an ingredient that make them grow, they grow up within a time limit/amount of days.

I think it backfires if the kid has a grade below A- or if they are in a bad mood. Not positive about the bad mood but I’m sure about the grades.
