Don’t cheat. How can you be proud of your accomplishments in a game when they were gained through cheating?

Just keep casting magic. The Oblivion game grants experience through use of the skills. Just find a minor spell you can cast anytime with low cost and keep casting it to gain magic.

For destruction, create a spell that drains an attribute for one second and cast it repeatedly. For Conjuration, create a spell that summons a low level monster for one second and cast that repeatedly. All the help I can give.

Build up your intelligence stat. Cast a bunch of Conjuration (Bound Weapon Spells work best, just put the weapon away and the spell ends) and Alteration (Anything that targets you like feather) spells and make some potions. If you raise these skills 10 times before you level up, your intelligence will go up 5 points.

You can also make some Fortify Magicka enchantments on your armor. Buy or find some empty Grand Soul Gems, go to Dark Fissure and convert them to Black Soul Gems by placing a gem in the altar and casting Soul Trap on it, and soul trap a few bandits to get some Grand Souls. Then go to the Arcane University and enchant away.

Also keep practicing with the various schools. Make some low damage Destruction spells or a low power Fortify spell for Restoration. All the other schools have beneficial self targeting spells that you can use anytime. As your skills grow, the Magicka requirements will be lowered. However, keep in mind that all skills are tied to an Attribute. You have to be smart when you do this. Don’t increase any Attribute’s skills more than 10 times per level or these increases are wasted. (for example, don’t increase Conjuration, Alteration, and Alchemy more than 10 times total per level.) You get your maximum attribute increase at 10 skill increases.

You just have to cast the varying spells all the time. Problem with it is you actually have to hit something with it to get the skill points. You just can’t cast a fire spell at thin air and get the points you have to hit an AI with it. The lock spells will work on any door so you can boost alteration that way. Conjuration spells can just be cast on yourself. It really depends on the spell you are using where you have to cast it. I tried casting destruction spells at the targets (for the bow and arrow) but it won’t work it has to be an AI.
