July 31st, 2009 by admin

Hello men,

I have never missed any chance to take advise from my friends. This blog is helping me in a lot of ways for getting the right answers from you. I should really thank each and everyone of you in this regard.

I have shoes that are not cheap, but they rub the back of my ankles after hours of wear, does anyone know of any remedies or tricks to prevent this or lessen the irritation. It is really paining for me. I have never experienced such a thing. Is there any tricks?

I am waiting for your answers, still with irritation in my ankles !

You can apply a bandaid to the back of your ankle. Some times my sneakers tend to do that also.

Amputation is the best solution.

They sell this stuff called “Mole Skin” that you can cut to the size you need and put on the back of your shoe. It has a self adhesive on one side and really soft on the other. It’s a life saver!

I believe you may be buying the wrong size shoe. You may want to get you feet sized to get the proper fit. If that doesn’t work, you can always try good old fashioned bandaides on the back of your ankles!

There are no tricks just stop buying cheap shoes trust me cocoa butter will only do so much. The other bloggers will tell you buy dr.scholl pads for the back of the foot.

Use heel pads, you stick them on the back of your shoes and they act as a cushion. I’ve also used this stuff from Band-Aid…it looks like a mini deodorant, but it’s supposed to prevent blisters from forming. I’ve used it and it works not too bad.
