Where it was put on my blonde highlights (which were more than 6 weeks old) it snapped off at the roots and looked terrible as it grew back. The parts that weren't hi lighted were fine though after a couple of good conditioning treatments (like the poster before, it felt crispy straight after). I don't know if you can tell which treatment it was from the description - just be aware if you are doing it on coloured hair! Sorry to be doom and gloom, like I said, the rest of the uncoloured hair was fine.
