<p>I know each man needs 8 hours a day sleep. But not everyone could get that. But I have a peculiar habit of getting sleep late after going to bed. I know this is not a great problem but still it affects me so much.</p>
<p>I have read in some site, that there are persons living in this world, who never sleep for more than 25 and 40 years. And that they have registered their names in the Guiness world records. But the scientific matter is that both of them lack a secretion of a hormone which is responsible for creating sleep among human beings. I am sure I have proper secretion of such hormones.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m kind of an insomniac and I was wondering if there are any remedies or tricks to falling asleep faster, better, and longer?</p>
